Join us on the lawn by the lake for codes and craft activities, particularly aimed at 5-14 year olds, to celebrate the opening of Hut 11A over the Easter weekend. Drop in to the marquee any time between 11am and 3.30pm to solve codes, build 3D puzzles and create Easter crafts to take away. No booking is required.
Additionally on Friday and Saturday, work with artist Emma Wilde to make fun sliding puzzles inspired by the Bombe Machine, Hut 11A and the codebreakers at Bletchley Park. Use drawing and collage to turn colourful pictures into moving puzzles to solve and find hidden messages to de-code.
On Monday 2nd, join Technology Tom to explore how to make electrical switches which simulate those used in the Bombe machine. Have fun trying out your switches in a variety of test rigs – could you have been a machine engineer?
Craft activities are included in admission price.
Easter trails with a chocolate treat are available for an additional cost of just £2 per child.
