Christopher Moore, Deputy Chairman
Christopher Moore MA, FCA obtained a law degree and then qualified with Price Waterhouse before going into investment banking. Apart from a year with Lazard Bros. in London he worked for the Robert Fleming Group, latterly as a main board director for nine years, after working out of New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and London.
Christopher left Flemings in 1995 to set up his own strategic advisory business and to continue active participations in the private equity sector. On the advisory side he was Senior Adviser to the Chairman of Lloyds (the insurance market) for five years, and has completed a number of other UK and international assignments. On the private equity front, he was chairman of Fleming Ventures Limited, an international technology venture fund, from 1992 until its conclusion in 2003. He was a director of Income & Growth VCT Plc, and of MIG 1, 3 and 4 VCTs, all London Stock Exchange listed venture funds, until mid 2010. He is a member of the Oxford University Isis Investment Advisory Committee.
Outside his business interests and his role as a Trustee at Bletchley Park, Christopher is currently chairman of Fight for Sight.
