Part of BBC Stargazing Live 2012, Saturday 28 January 7pm-9pm
On 23 February Bletchley Park will release four first day covers celebrating Alan Turing’s centenary year. Each will carry a single 1st class Royal Mail “Turing Bombe” stamp cancelled with a unique first day of issue postmark.
Today, the Bletchley Park Trust announces that Iain Standen will be taking over from Simon Greenish as CEO of the Trust at the end of this month. Iain Standen has recently retired from the British Army as a Colonel in the Royal Corps of Signals.

Bletchley Park Trust significantly closer to raising match funding needed to unlock Heritage Lottery Fund grant of £4.6 million for restoration of WW2 Codebreaking Huts
The Olympic Torch is coming to Milton Keynes and WW2 Codebreaking Centre Bletchley Park has been named as one of the special host locations it will visit along the way for a photo opportunity.
Michael Smith, author of best-sellers such as ‘The Secrets of Station X’ and ‘The Bletchley Park Codebreakers’ will be at Bletchley Park on 13 November to give a talk entitled "Bletchley Park and the Double Cross System - How Dilly Knox made what was possibly Bletchley's greatest breakthrough".
