Collection-Based Visits for 7-11 Year Olds
A visit to Bletchley Park provides support across the National Curriculum and is particularly relevant to the study of History, Mathematics, Science and Citizenship.
Visits for 7 to 11 year olds are based around the many Exhibits & Collections that we have on the site, and are hosted by our experienced team of volunteers. School parties are split into three or four groups, which rotate between their Exhibits and Collections over the course of the day, spending 45 minutes with each. A typical visit will run from 10:30 to 14:15, including 30 mins for lunch and another 15 mins for a visit to the Gift Shop if requested on the booking form. One of the collections can be replaced with a Walking Tour of the grounds of Bletchley Park, which allows the children to stretch their legs.
