The Bletchley Park Story

Students can visit the ‘Bletchley Park Story’ exhibition to discover the journey that a coded message took from its interception by the Y stations and delivery to the Park, through all the processes of decryption, translation, interpretation and analysis, to the distribution of the resulting Ultra intelligence.

This exhibition includes many rare artefacts, including several Enigma machines, Lorenz machines and an example of a British Type-X cipher machine.

The visit to the display supports the National Curriculum on Local History, Mathematics and Design & Technology.
